1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and betting 9 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services offered through the betting 9 website and any associated mobile applications. By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any service on betting 9, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the betting 9 platform. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

2. Definitions

3. Account Registration

Where betting 9 has a reasonable belief that a player may be under 18, access to deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay will be suspended pending full age verification. If verification confirms the player is under 18, the account will be permanently closed and any deposited real funds will be returned to the source payment method.

5. Deposits

All deposits on betting 9 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Accepted payment methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer, and Visa/Mastercard bank-issued debit cards.

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where funds originate from an account held by another person — are not accepted. Bank IBFT transfers within the same business day for requests submitted before 5pm PKT, or the next business day otherwise. Card withdrawals may take 2–5 business days depending on the issuing bank.

Betting 9 reserves the right to conduct additional checks on withdrawal requests at its discretion, particularly for accounts with unusual activity patterns or large amounts. Such checks will be completed as promptly as possible and are not intended to cause unnecessary delay to legitimate players.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by offer. Unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise, wagering is counted only on eligible games — typically slots at 100% contribution, with live casino and sports betting contributing at lower rates as specified per offer. Crash games and fishing games may have specific contribution rates listed in individual promotion terms.

7.2 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated claim window, or whose wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period, will expire and be removed from the account automatically. Expired bonus funds are not reinstated.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

Betting 9 takes bonus integrity seriously. Strategies that constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing low-risk wagers designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine exposure to game risk, using bonuses in a coordinated manner across multiple accounts, or withdrawing bonuses obtained through inaccurate information at registration — will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account suspension. What constitutes abuse is determined by betting 9 at its sole discretion.

7.4 One Bonus at a Time

Unless otherwise specified, only one bonus can be active on your account at any time. Claiming a new bonus before completing the wagering requirements of an existing bonus may result in the earlier bonus being voided.

8. Sports Betting Rules

Sports bets placed on betting 9 are governed by the following general rules, in addition to sport-specific rules that may be published separately for cricket, football, and other sports.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds may change between the time you view them and the time your bet is confirmed — you will always be shown the final accepted odds before a bet is confirmed.
• Bets are voided if the event is cancelled and not replayed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time.
• For cricket, a match must progress to a minimum number of overs as specified in the individual market rules before settlement occurs. In the event of rain interruptions, the DLS method result (where applied) is the settled outcome.
• Bets on abandoned or postponed cricket matches not completed within the void window are settled as void, and stakes are returned.

• Obvious pricing errors will not be honoured. If a bet is accepted at clearly incorrect odds due to a system error, betting 9 reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake.

9. Casino and Games Rules

All casino games on betting 9 — including slots, live dealer games, crash games, fishing games, and roulette — are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) or live physical equipment overseen by licensed studios. In the event of a system disconnection during a casino game, the round in progress will be settled based on the server-side outcome recorded at the time of disconnection. 10. Prohibited Conduct

11. Account Suspension and Closure

Betting 9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time if we reasonably believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, or if required to do so by law, regulation, or at the request of a relevant authority.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, the player will be notified via the registered email address where possible. We aim to complete investigations within 14 days. During an active investigation, access to deposits and withdrawals will be restricted.

If an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any bonus balance will be forfeited. Real money balance will be returned to the source payment method after deducting any amounts owed to betting 9 as a result of the breach.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any pending bets will be settled normally and the remaining real money balance will be returned. Bonus funds are forfeited on voluntary closure if wagering requirements have not been completed.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the betting 9 platform — including the logo, design, graphics, text, software, game content, and data feeds — is the property of betting 9 or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without our prior written consent. 16. Amendments to These Terms

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you may close your account before the effective date and any real money balance will be returned to you.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law.
